One shared compliance commitment

KAEFER’s global Compliance Management System provides a common framework for ethical conduct, legal compliance and responsible business practices across the Group.

KAEFER South Africa applies this framework locally through the Code of Business Conduct, relevant Group policies, role-appropriate training and accessible compliance guidance. Local Compliance Officers support employees and help clarify responsibilities and expectations.

Compliance is a shared responsibility. Everyone, regardless of role or location, is expected to follow the law, act responsibly and uphold KAEFER’s standards.

Integrity requires transparency. If you see or suspect misconduct, please raise your concern through the channel you trust:

The helpline is available to employees, suppliers, customers and other third parties. Reports are handled confidentially in line with applicable legal requirements, and retaliation against anyone raising a concern in good faith is not tolerated.
